SCS Management Services – Mandolin Village HOA Playground Project

Project Details:

Structure– Custom Play Structure in red, pacific blue and yellow. Structure consists of ADA transfer station, double bedway slide, spiral slide, single straight slide, single wavy slide, stepping pods, s-curve ladder climber, bench panel, captain’s wheel and bongo drum.

Outdoor Fitness Equipment– Single Station Sit Up Board, Single Station Bike Rider and Single Station Country Skier

Safety Surfacing and Playground Border– Six ounce geotextile fabric for weed control, certified wood mulch surfacing and three concrete pads for outdoor fitness equipment.

Project Timeline from Order to Install- 4 months

Removal/Reinstrall Existing Play Equipment and Installation of new Play Equipment, Surfacing and Outdoor Fitness Equiopment in November 2015 by Noah’s Park & Playgrounds

Project Total: $34,000 – $40,000
